Sign up to become a patron of The Gloss Institute in a few easy steps.

Our teacher portal is 100% free to eligible patrons. Those interested must first complete an application and follow the steps below.

Educators Will Gain:

A dedicated account manager to help you with setup, implementation, and training
Unlimited resources with the ability to oversee the alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment (CIA) to meet the needs of deaf students
Administrator tools and reports for a bird’s-eye view of student performance

Do You Meet Eligibility Requirements?

To become an educator on our teacher portal, you must meet the following criteria and pass a background screening. Appropriate candidates for this program include:

Basic sign language competency
State-certified general education and special education teachers
Related service personnel (e.g., speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists) who wish to become teachers of students who are deaf and hard of hearing
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with thirty semester hours in exceptional student education
Sign language interpreters who wish to become teachers of students who are deaf and hard of hearing
